Genau wie Paypal. Eröffne einen Fall (falls Du das noch kannst...Der Käufer meldet den Konflikt innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss...) wie Glyphodon schon angeraten hat und dann warte die Entscheidung von Paypal ab. Ein Rechtsanspruch, das Paypal zahlt, besteht nicht. Lies Dir mal die Käuferschutzrichtlinie genau durch.
